Jordi Ballart holds a bachelor's in industrial engineering, an MBA, an MA in corporate law and a postgraduate degree in mathematics and in quantitative business methods. He has been working as an export manager in the field of energy for more than 15 years. He teaches at EU Business School and at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. He mentors undergraduate and graduate students. His field of expertise is in international trading operations and their financial aspects. He has excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. His previous positions include a Research Fellowship at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya as well as freelance consulting on International Business and Trade for the regional government.
