If you wish to rent an apartment/flat on your own, there are some things that you should take into account:

The usual minimum rental period is 1 year, but some real estate agencies accept short-term rentals

The cost of the contract is generally the same amount as 1-month rental price or 10% of the annual price

You are usually required to pay a deposit of 2 months, which is returned to you at the end of the rental period if no damage has been caused to the apartment/flat
