A bachelor degree from an accredited college or university
Two recommendation letters or PPI (Personal Potential Index, recommended)

Any two of the following:
- A minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0 (B average)
- A satisfactory score on the GMAT (institution code campus Barcelona Z5K-DV-48,MBA program) or GRE (institution code campus Barcelona 4435)
- 2 or more years of effective managerial or professional work experience which may include military duty
